Primescale was founded by the late Brian Blackshaw a Civil Engineer specialising in Heating and Ventilation as a vehicle to build highly specialised Equine stables for owners & trainers in the U.K and Middle East. Primescale Projects is an off-shoot that specialises in projects within high-end property development, overseeing refurbishment and property management. We are currently based in London and service all surrounding areas including Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, East & West Sussex.
